[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Contractor needs to conduct an annual audit of the general purpose financial statements.
(2) The audit examination will be conducted in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards.
(3) The standards for financial and compliance audits contained in the Government Auditing Standards.
(4)  Contractor needs to perform an audit of all Federal, State and local grants and contracts.
